See Something? Submit It With a Photo

There are many things we see by just walking around our community:

  • Trashcans overflowing at the Metro

  • Burned-out street lights near our homes

  • Cars broken into or sideswiped

We need to document these instances, in order to hold our City Government and Police Department accountable to the people they serve: us.

If you see anything on your street or when you are walking around:

  1. Take a photo with your phone or ask a neighbor or friend to take one if you do not have a camera on your phone.

  2. Submit the photo with a short description of what it is and where the photo was taken by going to https://www.rockvillemd.gov/formcenter/public-works-8/general-complaint--streets-and-sidewalk-264

  3. You will get a confirmation email of your submission.
    Please forward the confirmation email and the photo you submitted to Twinbrook.President@gmail.com.

  4. If you would prefer to remain anonymous: send your photo along with a description of what the photo is of, and where the photo was taken, and a member of the TCA Executive Committee will submit it without your name.
