FY2023 Budget Time in Rockville

TCA submitted testimony to the Mayor and Council related to Stormwater Management and Pedestrian Safety. 

In April, we plan to submit additional testimony regarding Rockville’s FY 2023 budget. At this time we plan to advocate for more funding to move along the pedestrian/bicycle crossing to connect the neighborhood to the other side of the WMATA/CSX tracks. We also plan to advocate for a full time community officer to again be stationed at the Twinbrook Community Recreation Center.

Other items we support in the budget include increasing the number of fixed speed cameras and completing a sidewalk connecting the Civic Center to Edmonston. We are still developing our testimony so please let us know if there is anything you think TCA should advocate for that would benefit Twinbrook!
